The Dolder Grand Spa in Zurich introduces the new Amala skincare range, whose products contain 100% natural ingredients. The Natrue-certified products are based on local ingredients, such as jasmine, cocoa, blue lotus, desert fig or myrtle. The Dolder Grand Spa, which has received various awards, is a spa oasis encompassing 4,000 square metres, and a member of the Leading Spas of the World.
In Sanskrit, “amala” means “most pure”. Three and a half years after its opening, the Dolder Grand Spa is introducing a new skincare range in Zurich’s largest spa oasis. Amala products contain 100% natural ingredients from the whole plant, representing controlled organic cosmetics. “The demand for organic products is high and reflects the spirit of our time,”comments Jann Hess, Director of Spa. “We are delighted that, with Amala, we have found a high-quality, natural premium product in this field.”
Ingredients used by Amala are harvested exclusively from sources employing controlled organic cultivation. When extracted, the ingredients of the whole plant are used to retain its full effect. The products are free from synthetic or genetically modified substances, chemical preservatives and ingredients that have been tested on animals, and they are even free from synthetic emulsifiers. Thus Amala has been awarded the Natrue quality seal by the internationally active association True Friends of Natural and Organic Cosmetics.
